The facility consists of two, three storey buildings connected by an enclosed walkway link containing residents suites, amenity areas, and various support staff spaces. One facility included a secured dementia wing provided with controlled egress doors to prevent patients leaving the facility without supervision.

A four-storey long-term care facility, offering 114 residential sleeping rooms, organized into clusters of 10 rooms that open into a shared common area, functioning as a single living unit. One cluster of resident rooms is specifically designed for individuals with cognitive impairments, featuring a secured area to prevent residents from wandering beyond the supervised environment.
