  • The establishment is a dairy product processing plant that includes processing machinery, storage bulk product and chemicals, loading and unloading areas, as well as office spaces, and locker facilities for employees.

  • The current facility was expanded to include a new addition featuring a high-density storage warehouse, loading bays, and an administrative office spaces. The new section will be linked to the existing facility along the western portion of the southern exterior wall.

  • A newly constructed industrial building, supporting offices, an industrial repair bay.

  • Two existing office buildings transformed into multi-residential units. Each building stands ten-storeys tall and features an underground parkade. The ground floor consist of multiple food vendors and coffee shops, complete with a seating area. With the eight-floor levels dedicated as residential accommodation and a rooftop level offering recreational amenities for the residents.

  • The structure is a sixteen-storey mixed-use facility that includes retail shops on the ground level, a parkade spanning levels 2 to 5, and converted residential suites on levels 6 through 16. It comprises a total of 119 residential suites, along with a yoga studio situated on the second floor.

  • A two-storey office facility featuring a total of four vehicle bays designed for pull-through access.

  • The existing fruit processing facility underwent an expansion that involved the construction of a cold storage and shipping area. Alongside the expansion, a series of minor interior upgrades and improvements were implemented within the facility. These improvements aimed to increase the efficiency and ensure superior quality and handling of the fruits.

  • Existing facility redeveloped into a two-storey self-storage building, encompassing an area of approximately 2,500 square meters.

  • The twelve-storey structure was originally conceived as an office facility, featuring an underground parkade. It has since been repurposed for hotel accommodations, with the ground floor designated to house a restaurant, a main entrance, and lobby.

  • A newly constructed upscale grocery store features an integrated restaurant with an ample dining area. This facility encompasses a café, a bakery, a butcher shop, a grocery market, a liquor outlet, a floral shop, and a restaurant that includes outdoor patio seating.

  • Manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of alcoholic beverages.

  • The existing building is a single-storey facility, that accommodates both industrial and retail tenant areas. The Badlands craft distillery established its operations within this building.

  • A newly built barley cleaning facility will replace the current cleaning plant located atop the existing concrete silos.

  • This structure is in the process of being transformed into a twenty two-storey high-rise residential complex that will feature various amenities. Along with renovations to three existing commercial retail units. The project includes an enhanced lobby, along with a range of new services and supplementary spaces.
