A 1,300-square-metre bathhouse connected to the distinct hotel by an underground passageway. The bathhouse facility features indoor and outdoor pools, a cold plunge pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam rooms, and massage rooms.

The original structure, constructed in 1923, underwent significant changes, with a substantial part designated for demolition. The large project involved the creation of a new lobby, event spaces and guest amenities, which integrated the preserved sections of the existing building to establish the new Main Lodge. The retained elements encompasses the café, lounge, and the renowned three-story rotunda.

The 11-storey Petro-Fina Building was converted from office space into a residential development with 105 suites. The adaptive reuse included significant interior renovations, while the ground floor and +15 level retain their existing commercial spaces.
